About ✕RFC

✕ Roads Fur Con and ✕ Roads Festival de Cine de Animación exist to unite and highlight the furry communities throughout North America, particularly within the Borderlands region of southern New Mexico, west Texas, and northern Chihuahua, as well as to showcase the incredible talents present in independent animation, particularly that from within the furry community. We seek to educate both the furry community and the general public about incredible opportunities and talent within the Borderlands region, as well as the meaning and intent of the furry community.

We accomplish this by hosting a furry convention and animated film festival side-by-side simultaneously, providing a venue and event for charity fursuiting, and engaging the public to elevate local charities and events, both visibly and financially. We highlight local attractions, venues, and businesses through our events, theming, and discussions within our communities.

Charities

We seek to create a positive impact on our local communities, to uplift them so they can do the same as needed, a mutually-beneficial relationship. To that end, we have been seeking out local charity organizations for which to raise donations leading up to and during our events.
