Welcome, once again! We are excited to announce that the ✕ Roads Fur Con 2027 Golden Roadrunner Design Contest is now open! The design part of the contest is open to current and recent students of the Creative Media Institute at New Mexico State University, and will remain open until August 15, 2026, at midnight—at the end of that day. Then, once we finish going through the entries, voting will open September 1, to the general public! Get your work seen, and one lucky winner will have their work used for the design of the final award for the animated film festival side of things, El Paisano Dorado, the Golden Roadrunner! The winner will also receive a monetary prize!
